I am a mom of 2 and after having my son encountered serious hormone issues. I was stuck in an unhealthy routine that I couldn't seem to get out of.

Yummy superfoods to start my day!!😍 So often I feel tired & sluggish ....especially when I don't get a good nights sleep, but after drinking my shake not only do I get all my vitamins in without having to take any pills but it also gives me the boost I need to tackle the day without dragging myself around !! And let's face it when u have a crazy 2 year old you need some extra energy Lol

Woke up feeling really tired!! Today is a nephew day, so I needed an extra boost before he arrived. I had my superfood shake and added some extra greens and an energy boost....Feeling better already!! Turns out my little man was tired too LOL.

After an awesome weekend with my family and many Raspberry and creme filled cookies, I'm buckling down so I can be in the best shape before my trip. I got just less than a month before heading out to Nashville and an 8-10lb. Goal. It's time to get focused cause this month is gonna fly by!!

So glad I challenged myself with this 3 day cleanse!! It takes discipline but if you want something bad enough you'll make no excuses and do it!! Not having a kitchen for over 2 months really threw me off track and this gave me the boost I needed to bounce back!! I lost 5 lbs and I feel great again!! Plus I'm getting back into a better routine with my workouts and I gained so much more energy!! I'll definitely be doing this once every few months!!

Ya know some people may think fitness groups are silly but for me it's a way to stay accountable to make sure I reach all of my goals!! I've made some great friendships along the way with some of the most incredible, uplifting and inspiring women I've ever met in my entire life!! They push me to be a better version of myself, not just with health& fitness but in every aspect of my life!! People like Megan are what keeps me pushing forward!! She didn't care how long it took she just kept going and now here she is down 43lbs and so much healthier!! I do what I do to not only look good but to feel good!! I wanna be able to run around with my babies and not be outta breath!! I wanna be around to watch my children grow up and have their own kids!! And most importantly I wanna be able to take care of myself and not be bound to anyone!! So yes of course I wanna look good but it's so much more than that, and if I can help people achieve the same thing you better believe I'm gonna do it!! 3 day cleanse is officially over....I made it through!! Lol Aside from losing almost 6 lbs which is AMAZING, I feel so great and I'm really proud of myself for sticking to it!! I definitely couldn't have done an all juice or fasting cleanse...so glad I actually got to eat!! Now it's time for a yummy superfood shake and off to field day I go!!

Treat yourself Tuesday!!!πŸ’œ
This is a healthier take on chocolate fondue. Instead of pure chocolate, mix Nutella with Greek yogurt and use as a dip with some fresh fruit or low-sugar cookies or crackers.
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients:1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt1/2 cup Nutella
Directions:Mix the yogurt and Nutella together in a small bowl until completely combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Each day the reasons why I love my job are reinforced ....and believe me I can sit here for days with all of them but one of the greatest things for me to take part in is to get to help people look in the mirror and feel great about themselves!! I receive messages of gratitude all the time and it never gets old. It just makes me love what I do even more. I remember what it felt like to be on the other side, just starting with a new program, eating healthy & drinking my shake and wanting those results !! Then when it started to happen the feeling that came over me and the motivation I had to keep going was incredible , and that was all thanks to "My" coach!! I'm grateful to her still for giving me everything I needed to love ME again and for giving me the opportunity to give back in a way that's so much bigger than myself!! Plus I get to be home with my baby, which for me I couldn't have asked for anything better!! This passed year I've been fortunate enough to be blessed with many great things!! From my new found passion of coaching, to a higher level of confidence, more patience & energy, to being able to stay home with my son....all things that I'm incredibly grateful for!! But I also went through some difficult times (like everyone does ) , and if it wasn't for setting my mind to wanting something more out of my life I wouldn't be half as fulfilled as I am now. So awesome!! Yesterday I got to try an exclusive workout called 22 Minute Hard Corps that will officially be coming out March 1st and it was AMAZING!! In the 22 minutes I sweat like crazy and it was a lotta fun!! I love quick workouts cause my schedule is always packed, So I need something that isn't time consuming !!
