We offer virtual classes: Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, release work, Restorative / Yin, Works Yoga Sol, first opened in 2004 as a Bikram studio.

Yoga in the park this Sunday April 28th at 2pm.
Park is located in Green Valley, Fairfield.
Only 10 spots available per class, so pre-registration is a must. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
Please RSVP no later than 3pm the day before class.
If I don’t hear from you, I’ll assume no one is coming.
Beginner friendly. All levels welcome.
Combination of different styles of yoga (vinyasa, yin, release work, hot yoga & core)
No experience needed.
Please bring:
~A yoga mat
~2 blocks
~a yoga strap
~large beach towel or yoga blanket.
~We also do a lot of release work with massage balls. 2 medium sized and 1 large sized. If you’re uncertain, let me know and I can bring a set for you to borrow for your first class just in case.
Student waiver must be completed before attending class.
