Our Story
Leadership Morgan Hill has been serving the community since 1995, guiding nearly 500 people through our program. Our alumni are involved in every facet of our community because of their shared interest in our quality of life now and in the future. Every year, we select 20-25 applicants to join our nine-month learning program. Our board and class members spend 20 days “in session” with leaders from government, commerce, education, healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Our class connects with these leaders through interactive workshops that explore challenges and opportunities for service that exist in Morgan Hill. By doing so, class members identify unmet needs and undertake their own community service project from start to finish. Each year’s class project demonstrates the power of community engagement to make Morgan Hill a great place to live, work and play. We are managed by a volunteer board that is diverse and inclusive from the standpoint of their professional, cultural and generational backgrounds. We have witnessed the benefits of our board-level commitment in everything we do.
