We eat dinner early in our home. Always between 4-30pm. Why because girls always come home hungry and I find I rather give them a good meal than fulling up on snacks. I’m also teaching them to eat early and not just before bed.

Post workout lunch. Pastured eggs are a super food.
I cooked them in grassfed butter and as I was cooking them I topped with Grassfed feta cheese and Redmonds salt. Then topped with organic avocado 🥑 and pico de gallo
Tasty and nutritious and ready in just a few mins
This was breakfast and lunch. I make sure I avoid seed oils and preservatives. I eat lots of fats and proteins.
If I have bread it’s always sourdough. The tuna sandwich I used wild caught tuna, primal mayo, organic red onion, organic lemon juice and Maldens smoked salt on top. Primal Mayo is great as most mayonnaise brands have nasty seed oils in them.

Ingredients:
100g of organic shredded mozzarella
1/2 finely grated organic zucchini (juice squeezed out)
2 pasture raised eggs
Redmonds Salt to taste
Garlic Powder to taste (optional)
4 tbsp of gluten free flour
Preheat oven to 360.
Mix all ingredients. Press out onto non stick baking tray and bake for 20 mins or until browned. I then cut with pizza slicer and top with Grassfed butter that melts. So good!
This is seriously the best clean protein shake I’ve ever had. I have most of their flavors. Iced cofffee, salted caramel and chocolate are my favorite. Just like a chocolate milk shake 😋 I make my own whipped cream with grassfed while cream. I love addingg 1/2 a frozen banana.

With breakfast I don’t often eat bread however when I do it’s sourdough. This morning it’s with pasture raised cottage cheese egg too with organic spring onion and organic avocado with wild caught smoked salmon
Who said lamb is for dinner. Saturday breakfast in our home. Sky and Sadie absolutely love lamb. Costco has good Grassfed lamb racks which is our favorite. I cut them into chops and salt generously with redmonds salt and cook in airfryer
Pasture raised eggs are perfect for breakfast. I like scrambling mine with a little Grassfed cottage cheese
Salmon nuggets are a hit in our house
1 large can wild salmon
2 pasture raised eggs
Raw grated cheese

Baked in air fryer at 400 for 25 mins turning once.

This is another example of how food brands trick you with their packaging!
Don’t be fooled by Jif’s “Simply” and “Natural” versions. The ingredients in these versions are basically the SAME as their classic peanut butter.
What to do instead?
Look for organic brands who don’t add other oils, sugar, and other ingredients. It should just be peanuts and salt.
Food Babe includes a simple Peanut Butter recipe in her newest cookbook, Food Babe Family, and it’s the best!
Food Babe’s Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe
(Makes 4 to 6 servings)
Ingredients:
3 cups dry-roasted organic peanuts
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
1. Place the peanuts and salt in a food processor and process on high until smooth and creamy (about 10 to 20 minutes), scraping the sides every minute.
2. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Kellogg’s adds BHT to several of their cereals like Froot Loops and Apple Jacks, but also to cereals that look “healthy” like Frosted Mini Wheats.
Even worse, they don’t use BHT in other countries who have stronger regulations, so it’s not even necessary!
Like most cereals, Frosted Mini Wheats are packed with refined sugar…as much as a Dunkin’ Glazed Donut.
There is really nothing healthy about this brand, or anything that Kellogg’s makes.

Made a Greek quinoa salad topped with goat & sheep feta cheese I get from our local organic store. I reheated chicken breast in EVOO then added some organic broccoli sprouts
Wild caught tuna Pattie’s for breakfast with cottage cheese scrambled eggs.
With the tuna Pattie’s I don’t really have a recipe. Ingredients used:
Wild caught tuna canned
Raw cheese
Pasture raised Egg
Organic Onion powder
Broke my 18 hour fast with this delicious lunch. If you haven’t tried whipped cottage cheese with eggs your missing out. I don’t normally like cottage cheese however love this!!
I blend good quality whole fat cottage cheese with my excellent quality EVOO from Oliveda (link below) and some redmonds salt. I then place back in original container and use when I want to.
Who else loves papaya? And these olives are from Spain too 🙌🙌🙌 from my farmers maket.

Love a good Grassfed lamb rack with zucchini cooked in Grassfed butter
Whipped cottage cheese. In blender I put cottage cheese with EVOO and little redmonds salt and blend. So delicious with cucumber. Then black angus slow cooker beef.
Quick lunch as had a lot on today. 3 1/4 pounder patties from McDonald’s. McDonald’s Pattie’s are 100 💯 beef. Then when at home chopped up some organic pickles and olives

Last nights quick Mediterranean dinner. All organic

I already had cooked quinoa so just heated in a pan with a little EVOO
Dinner Bowl:
All organic
Arugula and spinach were the base tonight drizzled with EVOO and white wine vinegar.
Then topped with broccoli sprouts , olives, sundried tomatoes, cucumber, brown rice & quinoa, slower cooker black angus beef & garlic.
Who else here makes overnight oats? My quick go to I make the night before while preparing dinner.
Recipe: Such a quick and easy Mediterranean lunch
Organic chickpeas
Lemon 🍋
Basil pesto
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Whole Milk
Fried lemon rings (optional)
Parsley to garnish
Crusty whole wheat bread
In pot put a decent amount of EVOO slowly add a can of chickpeas undrained and simmer for a few mins.
Remove from heat and add a dash of milk or cream, juice of half lemon, and basil pesto. Mix, serve and garnish. I
So simple, nutritious and delicious. I used rosemary and garlic whole wheat bread I got from the farmers market
