Darrell (lead guitar) and Al (bass) has been playing since their Castle High School days in the mid- 70's. Jeff (at the time, guitar & vocal) met them at work in 1981, and by 1982 started playing with them and formed "US US". Comes with both standard US and metric mounting studs.
Kinda feels like the old Kahlers from the 80s.
A bit on the spongy side.
Intonating it is a bit of a chore but once that's done, it works flawlessly.

Ordered a sustain block for the Floyd Rose.
First time I ever totally disassembled a Floyd.
Didn’t know the saddles all had different heights….
UNTIL I PUT THE STRINGS ON!
Redid the saddles, set the spring tension to float the bridge. Adjusted the counter tension so that it stays in tune even if I break a string.
The sustain block is taller than the stock one. I hope the cover still fits!
Shimmed the locking nut and re-set the neck angle and lowered the action. Probably can get it a tiny bit lower but…. I don’t want to push my luck!
Now I have to intonate each string….
Should I order the Floyd Rose intonation tool while I’m at it?
How about an EVH De-Tuna?
