I had no idea what it was, but into my cart it went. Do you recognize this ?

It's a BAJOT low table. We know how much of a tea lover I am... but I didn't know that there was such a thing as a tea table. This one was from the 20's / 30's and was still in pretty good condition. It sold in a week and I disclosed all the issues - paint loss, fading, scuffs... A good reminder that there's beauty in imperfection!

I would have loved to know how the person used it. Would you pick this up ?

🎄I just love vintage holiday decor! 🎄There's something so special about bringing out the old decorations and creating a cozy atmosphere. And speaking of vintage holiday decor, I just repaired this adorable smoking man. In German, they're called Räuchermänner, which literally translates to Smoking Men. These little guys come in all shapes and sizes, from mushrooms to log cabins, but the most common variety is a man or gnome smoking a pipe.

What's really cool about these smoking men is how they work. The smoke actually comes out of the man's mouth, not the pipe! It's all thanks to the chimney effect. They're such a unique and charming addition to any holiday display.
