Pupusas (poo-poo-suhs) are the national dish from El Salvador. They are these hand-made corn tortillas filled inside with your choice of meat, cheese and beans, or any combination there of! This page was started to keep you informed and to promote the Salvadorean culture as well as to create opportunities for the community to network and socialize with the purpose of empowering ourselves and help others in the USA or in El Salvador
