Look for Ruby’s from here on out! The food truck in the shop to get the logo/name change done this week. It is officially in my name! Paperwork done!!
We plan to have our tacos on the menu 🌮 next time we are out.

Today has been a busy day of getting paperwork done! Getting some equipment for the trailer.

Tonight I am making a batch of Chipotle sauce with some amazing Chipotle peppers. 🌶 I love the smokey flavor they have!!
Also a batch of fresh bread ready to bake for dinner tonight. YUM! 🍞

Hi! I am Ruby Chupp the new owner of Rosemary's food truck! My husband Paul & I live in Sugarcreek Ohio with our 5 children. Our daughters are looking forward to helping with this food truck. We were transplanted from Kansas about 4 years ago. We love this area, it's beautiful!! I have been cooking since as long as I can remember, even as a 9 year old, I've come a long ways since then! 😊 I catered my first wedding last month & really enjoyed doing it. I look forward to serving the community with this new adventure. We will be serving the Chipolte bowls & planning to add tacos (with fresh homemade tortillas), salads, a specialty sandwhich, wraps, a baked goodie that will vary. I love making homemade donuts and will incorporate those in the menu occasionally. For each event I'll post the menu & locations on our social media pages. Right now the goal is to get licensed & the truck ready for events this spring. Along with doing the food truck events I will be catering some private events as schedule permits.
We will be doing a name change on it & will post on here once it's official. Looking forward to meeting you all whereever that might end up being! 😊

A big thank you to all of our customers the last year and half. Rosemarys food truck was a dream you all helped turn into a reality. However, job changes and life events have us moving away from the food truck. The new owner Ruby will be staying local and adding to the menu. Here’s to hoping her new adventure is successful and fulfilling beyond her wildest dreams. Thanks again for your support and carry on eating Rosemary’s great food this summer.

You all know how life can sometimes throw you a curveball?? It’s been a year since we bought Rosemary’s food trailer and it has been better than we expected. Thanks to all of you for your patronage.
