Sweet potato and almond butter for breakfast😒I must confess that I have never eaten these two for breakfast or any other meal for that matter, but after I got a serious talk with my coach yesterday (because I'm not losing weight the way I'm supposed to), he told me about the importance of diet, and how a simple deviation from my eating plan will affect results in a big way ( and I guarantee you that it does) I decided to stick to what he gave me, so I had a baked sweet potato with almond butter for breakfast today and it was sooooo yummy. I highly recommend this treat for breakfast or as snack, try it guys, I promise you will not regret it.

Today it was leg day for me and my partner Bahia! We did:
-60 reps of reverse lunges (on an aerobics step).
-60 reps of walking lunges holding Two 10 KG dumbells.
-45 reps of Leg press machine with 120KG!!
-36 reps of sqats holding a 10KG weight plate.
-75 reps of prone hamstring curl machine (40KG).
-60 reps on the glute machine (30KG).
It was our 3rd time training the lower body and I can feel the difference now, I am a lot stronger and don't feel as sore as before and most importantly I can see the difference in the shape of my legs.

Home Workouts 05/08/2017

This is the workout you need to do every other day, you will need to 3 sets of all exercises with one minute rest in between. The best way to make sure you do your workout, is to do it in the morning, wake up 30 minutes earlier that usual, do your workout, take a shower and don't forget to have your breakfast before you start your day.

Hello ladies!
Here's the diet to follow for next week, if you feel hungry between meals you can add un apple or a cup of low fat yoghurt (yaourt nature light eg: Activia). It's not going to be easy so please be strong and patient and keep busy with different activities to keep your mind off of food, go out, visit family/friends, go for a walk and drink at least 3 litres of water between meals. You can also add coffee/tea (without sugar). Don't forget to buy everything you need for the whole week in advance, so that you have everything ready in your fridge when you start your diet.
