Today marks 2 years since we lost our beloved Gerrade Drouot, founder of GDP and the man responsible for being there at the very beginning of my career in France.
Gerrade stayed with me, supporting and caring for me throughout all of my artistic endeavours. His son Matthieu and the GDP team are still with me now and I’m very thankful.
RIP, my good friend and ally.

Today is world AIDS Day.
In the 1990s the Kumbaya Festival raised over $1 million during its years of activity for HIV and AIDS. This has allowed Kumbaya to create organizations such as Casey House and other locations across Canada to provide the support and awareness needed towards HIV healthcare.

I’m honoured to be included in the Patron Circle from the hard working folks at Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR).
The research that started back in the 80’s for HIV / AIDS is the science that got us to the Covid vaccine very quickly science never stops, the work continues.
