I am learning that you will only realize your own worth when you accept that you have the power and the ability to create your ideal life. Some people have a way of acting as if their life is not their responsibility. They can tell you point by point why they have been unable to do whatever because of whoever. Their story may sound reasonable which can make you sympathetic.
The only reason any person does not have the life they want is that somewhere in the back of their mind, they don’t believe they deserve it. They don’t believe they’re worthy of it!
I hope today you devote yourself to taking responsibility for removing any self-imposed limitations! Remember, you’re worthy of an ideal life♥️.

THERAPY TUESDAY! ( Things am learning in therapy)
For so long, I used to think loss was just about losing a loved one but I learnt it’s also losing your innocence maybe through rape,it’s also losing trust, a job, good health, relationships , marriage, a pet, a material thing like a phone but the biggest loss is us losing ourselves.
This conversation with my therapist took me waaaaay back. I first experienced loss when I lost my dad, I was only 4 years old. The current me has been trying to suppress the feelings but the little me has been shouting and questioning , “ Why did God rob me off someone I loved?”
Many of us question God and some don’t because maybe you’ve been told not to question Him cos He knows best! Today I am writing to let you know that it’s okay to feel the feelings of loss, it doesn’t really matter how old you are cos pain is pain. No one should convince you that you’re doing the wrong thing by allowing yourself to feel the feelings of loss even if it’s 10 years later. And again, it’s okay to question God.
I have personally known God as my father, the question is….. If I could question my dad anytime he didn’t do what was expected of him, why don’t I question God who is like a father to me???
Let me know the first time you experienced loss and how you’re dealing with that feeling. Feel free to share in the comment section .
