We specialize in small and large-scale additions, as well as kitchen and bath remodeling. Compared to other companies, Blaylock Design and Build’s workload is relatively small, managing only 3-4 projects at any given time. This enables us to not overbook and allows us to provi
de the personal attention that we pride ourselves on. Our staff consists of project managers and foremen who are on-site each day. We have an in-house architect to design projects of various scope and size. We take great pride in the network of professional subcontractors that we employ and have worked with since our inception. Each subcontractor is valued for their exceptional workmanship and integrity. We are proactive when scheduling projects which allows us to anticipate and plan for delays (i.e. delivery of special orders/materials, inclement weather) and ultimately finish the project on-time and on-budget. The owner emphasizes personal attention and is available to each customer, in addition to being on-site each day to ensure the quality of the work. The majority of our projects are from repeat and referral business which is a testament of our satisfied customers. We take great satisfaction in the partnership that is formed with each customer in the process of creating a home that is more enjoyable and functional for them and their family and friends.
