Today we had a Pajama Day breakfast style lunch! 🍴👇 🍞 PB on whole wheat 🥚 Scrambled eggs 🍈 Honeydew melon 🥛Yogurt (Not pictured, but offered: tomato, cucumber & red pepper slices 🍅🥒🫑) Easy, and ENJOYED by all! We hit all the food groups, and had very little waste today (love those days!) 👏

It's these kind of comments, sweet goodbye notes or even social media post "shares" that always help me remember why I do what I do 💖 Sometimes these little ones (and their families) are in my life for a short while, and others stay for years (I even get the privilege of caring for several little ones from the same family on occasion 🥰), but regardless of the amount of time a child is in my care it truly means the absolute world to me to hear from parents about their experience having me as their child(ren)'s care provider. Knowing that I was truly appreciated by my daycare families and loved by their child(ren) means everything to me 💞 It makes my heart so happy hearing that my amazing daycare families cherish their time with me (and my family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦), just as much as we do with them! 🫶

Sneak peek! 👀 We have had an entirely functional daycare bathroom downstairs for several weeks now! ✔️Framing ✔️ Electrical ✔️Drywalling ✔️Tile laying ✔️Plumbing ✔️Toilet & vanity installation It has been so convenient having an accessible bathroom for my potty training friends over the Summer! 🎉 As soon as the cold weather hits we'll be working hard to get the drywalling finessed, painting completed, barn door constructed & decorating done to complete the job! 👏
