6 squares or 9 for a bag? I was thinking 9 for a nice bookbag size. I think I'm going to make a bunch of granny square bags and vests and sweaters for next year. I love working with color patterns. 😊

Halloween bowties for the dapper fur buds. These slide on the collar. I'll be at the Bonifas Arts Center in Escanaba on the November 4th for the Holiday Art Fair with these and the rest of my creations. All vendors are local crafters and make everything themselves.

I learned how to knit and purl in a class I scheduled for my day job. Never even attempted it before today. I think I'm figuring it out. ☺️

I think I'm mostly finished with my autumnal Stevie Nicks shawl. I want to attempt buttons or crochet flowers to be able to secure it in certain spots. This one's mine folks! Anyone want to swap some seeds or plants or whatever else would be equivalent to some wildflower seeds? Only local please, I don't treat anything and I don't want to transport bugs to a new area. I have Queen Ann's lace, the ones pictured I don't know names for (the fuzzy stuff in the first picture is normally white flowers), gigantorous thistles, milkweed, mullen. Pretty standard UP wildflowers, so nothing too fancy to swap, just an abundance. I would love more low growing clover and moss.

Making magic pouches for your crystals, a flower sprig, maybe a cedar branch piece... whatever you typically carry in your pockets or bra. If you want flakier potpourri you could bundle it in some cloth or a bit of drier sheet (cuz upcycling) to keep it from falling out the holes. I think I'm going to make some with bigger spaces too, so rocks are more visible. Haven't landed on a name for these yet. Any suggestions?

I found a few wool skirts at the Madison St. Boutique when I worked at YW in GB. They were all too small but I got them anyway. Decided I wanted to sew today and had an idea to cut up the one and add it to the other two. Then did a similar thing with those 2 green colored skirts. I'm excited to wear my new just in time for Autumn. I feel like the green tone skirt has hobbit vibes. I can do this for your clothing too folks. Message me for any project ideas.

My best friend donated a stack of really cute bed sheets that I'm using as material for clothes. I let my friend Kendall Rusha pick out material for her twins and they got to try on the dresses I made them last night. They ran around going "oooooo" while wearing them. I love these 2 so dang much. Thanks Stacy Simon for all the material. I still have a stack of really cute prints, some flannel too, if anyone wants to order an outfit.
