Your full forecast and a cleansing ritual is up for you now at foreverconscious.com
Stand up for yourself! Every step of your journey has revealed another piece of the puzzle and in time you'll see how they all fit. In time you'll realize that you're putting together this masterpiece and every misstep and mistake has been a part of it. Keep being brave in your self-discovery. Truth prevails, always, no exeption!đŠˇ
As the seeds of intention planted during the New Moon start to sprout, the First Quarter Moon serves as a catalyst for action. đ Itâs a powerful moment to assess our progress, refine our plans, and take steps towards our dreams. đđ
On Valentineâs Day, when the winds whisper secrets of love, donât let sorrow cloud your Spirit when you walk the path alone. Instead, embrace the earthâs embrace and bathe in the gentle caress of self-love. Gift yourself the treasures of the earth, whether it be the sweet indulgence of chocolate or the fragrant blooms of flowers. Sink into the embrace of a bath, where rose leaves weave stories of ancient romance amidst flickering candlelight, or surrender to the healing touch of a massage.
Send forth your intentions like roots seeking nourishment, reaching out to a cherished friend not in the throes of romantic love, but in admiration for their essence in your journey. Expand your wonder, let your heart bloom like a flower in the morning sun, and discover that Valentineâs Day transcends romantic gestures and material gifts. Let it be a celebration of the boundless love within your soul, a tribute to the sacred dance of life itself, and the endless beauty that grace your existence. đšâ¤ď¸

Itâs February. During the month devoted to celebrating love, a reminder to create space to nurture and appreciate yourself by doing whatever makes your heart sing. đ
1/27/24: Like closing a door behind you, 2023 sends you on your next adventure. A year ago you entered a phase of self-exploration and self-development. You had to know more about yourself, your truth, your treasures, and your essence. You traveled through some rough times and brutal honesty. And here you are, ready or not, facing the world and taking steps that you can choose⌠authentically and from the heart. Say goodbye today to hesitation and hello to curiosity and action. You canât go back, but look at what you discovered that no one can take away. There is no time for old regrets, guilt, or do-overs now. New You has left the building. Old You is waving goodbye.
The energies of the Jan 25 Leo full moon are rolling in. This is the first Full Moon of the year and a powerful time to cleanse the last 12 months. This full moon also encourages joy, reminding us to remove any blocks and barriers that prevent us from receiving the joy that we are. Joy is found in the simpler things would be the mantra of this Full Moon.đŠˇđ

I donât think youâre simply tired,
I think youâre regenerating.
Like all of mother natureâs children in winter, your instinct is to curl up, hunker down and reset.
Youâre not less.
Youâre simply in tune with the sun.
And as the dark days begin to wane, your inner wild fortifies and evolves, bolstered and renewed, cocoon-style.
Ready for the new beginnings, ready for the reinvent.
Ready.
Simply ready.
So, let yourself be led down the rabbit hole, when the weariness washes over and your body begs to rest.
I donât think youâre simply tired.
I think youâre regenerating.

If the mountain seems too big today
then climb a hill instead;
If morning brings you sadness
itâs okay to stay in bed.
If the day ahead feels heavy and your plans feel like a curse,
Thereâs no shame in rearranging,
donât make yourself feel worse.
If a shower stings like needles
and a bath feels like youâll drown;
If you havenât washed your hair for days,
donât throw away your crown!
A day is not a lifetime.
A rest is not defeat.
Donât think of it as failure,
Just a quiet, kind retreat.
Itâs okay to take a moment
From an anxious, fractured mind.
The world will not stop turning
While you get realigned!
The mountain will still be there
When you want to try again
You can climb it in your own time,
Just love yourself till then ..

âWhen you go through hard times, remember you already have everything you need inside of you to bloom again.
Trees grow their buds for the spring before winter even arrives so that when the long nights and cold days of winter do arrive, they don't need to do anything except rest.
People are like that too.
When you're going through your own season of winter, know that you already have everything you need to bloom within you, you just need to hang on a little more for longer days and warmer nights.
Your spring is right around the corner, beautiful friend, And the bloom that's coming? It's going to be more beautiful than ever.â

Learning to be brutally honest with yourself is the key. We have a tendency to lie to ourselves and act like its perfectly ok. If you want change, then you must unpackage all of your own s**t.
Why do you lie to yourself... what does that gain? You are only fooling yourself. Are you worried that you will be exposed? If so... then there is something that needs to be worked on.
It is time to step into your power, and this only happens by holding yourself to a different standard... one where you are fully exposed and willing to improve. We are all screwed up in one way or another... no one is perfect. The goal is to see your imperfections and truthfully want to be better.
No one can judge you better than yourself. BUT... you have to be willing to be a part of your own rescue. â¨â¨â¨â¨â¨â¨
"You have been chosen to be who you are. Not as an accident. Not as an existence without purpose. But as a self-aware soul brought to life by a Spirit who knows your name. You have a mission to carry out, a message to send, a blessing to bestow. You are the only one who can live your life. You are entrusted with a corner of the universe. You are a stakeholder in creation, selected for a task only you can complete."
~ Native American elder Steven Charleston
To a wonderful year ahead â¤ď¸
Alone
The end of the holiday season beginning January 1st, can be a difficult time. Anticipation has faded, and even though we are in modern times, we still face a period of cold darkness with no more festivities.
Itâs the last day of the year, and itâs a perfect time to reflect on everything, burn away the sorrows of the previous year, celebrate the successes, and acknowledge them.
If you donât write them down, take some time, then to think of all of the things which didnât quite go desirably this past year. Light a black- or purple candle with any releasing or healing oil, or even simply lavender oil. See all of those unpleasant moments burning away. If youâve written them down, burn this list in cast iron pot or other fire proof container. See these sorrows be lifted from you. Donât take these into the new year. Leave them behind as lessons learned.
Next, make a list of what went well, happy moments, and things which bright joy. Light a cheerful candle such as pink, gold or orange. Add a little cherry, vanilla, or any sweet fruit oil before doing so. Take in all of goodness.
Begin to write a list of the things you want to accomplish this year. What needs to be done to improve life? What new situations would make you very happy and enjoying life again?
Keep these and add to them in the upcoming days, for when we get to the new crescent moon, weâll come back to them for a January festival of white lights.
This year to come will be a time of new hope, as no one deserves more of the same and another year of nothing. Itâs time for miracles, good news and moving forward. When we move forward, when we change our thinking, our lives will also shape a better future.
Letâs venture out of the woods and out into the sunlight, which is just a month away within the promised Imbolc flower. đˇ
A blessed Dayâ¤ď¸đžđ

ON THE ENERGIESâ¨
Countdown to the New Year! Sirius is our New Yearâs star. Itâs the brightest star in the sky. It will ring in 2024 by reaching its highest point in the sky around the stroke of midnight. It marks the beginning of the calendar year. Orion is also bright on display. If you follow Orionâs Belt upward you will see the Pleiades. New Years Eve is all about the huge influx of Galactic Energies that we are receiving. New Years Eve is always symbolic of the clock, which represents Divine Timing. The clock is a reminder for us to be mindful of the present moment. The clock symbolizes fate and destiny. Itâs a reminder that everything in your life happens at exactly the right time. Itâs time to declutter. itâs a good time to clean out your car, your house, and of course your own energy field. We are about to make a big shift into 2024. Itâs all about clearing and cleaning out your space, and your life, so that you have lots of room for new energies to arrive. I would do a good clean. Get rid of things you arenât using. Freshen up! Do a good sage, palo santo, Florida water, burn some herbs or incense. If you keep the energy clear in your house, you will have more energy. Light some candles. I would recommend doing a chakra clearing too. The New Year is a time to really open your heart chakra. Itâs time to get rid of anything weighing you down. Itâs a time to be getting rid of and working on your own bad habits. Itâs a time to be setting your intentions for the year ahead. It brings a lot of manifesting energiesđ

Why do we start a new year, with promises to improve?
Who began this tradition of never-ending pressure?
I say, the end of a year, should be filled with congratulation, for all we survived.
And I say a new year should start with promises to be kinder to ourselves, to understand better just how much we bear, as humans on this exhausting treadmill of life.
And if we are to promise more, letâs pledge to rest, before our bodies force us.
Letâs pledge to stop, and drink in life as it happens.
Letâs pledge to strip away a layer of perfection to reveal the flawed and wondrous humanity we truly are inside.
Why start another year, gifted to us on this earth, with demands on our already over-strained humanity.
When we could be learning to accept, that we were always supposed to be imperfect.
And that is where the beauty lives, actually.
And if we can only find that beauty, we would also find peace.
I wish you peace in 2024.
Everything else is all just a part of it.
Let it be so.
Donna Ashworth
"May the stories of the old ones, the ancient ones, the land and the trees, the plants and the earth be whispered to you.
May you warm your toes by the hearth side as the land starts to speak in the cold and old icy voice of winter, the voice that appears when we pass the mid winter mark; the voice that talks in stories of growth, of becoming, of new slates and brand new mossy gateways.
May you be comforted by the fire that can be lit inside your body, by the light you hold inside, the light of love, forgiveness and passion.
Rest well dear one, warm your bones and listen in the silence, in the cold, for the rustling of truth telling that comes from the earth and the air, the rustling of the newness that springs from the compost of the old."
~ Brigit Anna McNeill
2023 started with a Cancer Full Moon and it now ends with a Cancer Full Moon too. Todayâs Full Moon brings beautiful, abundant, expansive energy that guides us to lead with our hearts. It is an extra sensitive full moon, so connect and honor your feelings. Pay attention to your subtler senses too, as your intuition is likely to be heightened over the coming days. You can use this Full Moon to celebrate your journey and to clear space for the new year ahead.

Happy winter solstice đâď¸
Winter is a time of rest and hibernation, of waiting for the light to return.
Just like seeds that wait silently in the ground, full of potential, we can just 'be'.
During the dark months, plants submerge their energy into their roots.
We can learn much from the seed and the natural environment.
We too are a natural part of the earth and are affected by the seasons. We would do well to go with the flow of these natural cycles.
It is not a time for doing too much. We need to slow down and pace ourselves, to preserve our energy - our energy levels are not as dynamic as during warmer months.

Most of these I do daily all winter đŠˇ
During the most wonderful time of the year, consider this your reminder to stop and savor the hot cocoa. Choose 1 option from each row to create your ideal winter wellness moment.
Having time for yourself gives you the chance to break free from social pressures and tap into your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Finding time to be alone can also have a number of key benefits. Some of these include: Improved personal exploration.
For many people, solitude means being in a space where they can focus solely on, and connect exclusively with, themselves. These internal experiences were characterized by an inner focus, for example, by attending to one's âinner world,â thoughts, or feelings or generally connecting to oneself.
Solitude is so powerful because it allows you to know yourself
We abide by social expectations and rules when we're around others, even if we're not consciously doing so. Giving yourself time away from it takes the pressure off. Solitude allows you to be yourself with no outside influences.
Solitude teaches us that making choices on your own will help you develop better insight into who you are as a person. Being alone will help you grow more comfortable in your skin as well. The more you know yourself, the better equipped you'll be to be your authentic self when others are around.
Solitude is beautiful because it gives an enhanced sense of calm and peace. Solitude relieves obligatory pressures, resolves conflicts, and creates a space for cooler heads to prevail. Something I find fascinating is how, after a long, exhausting day, we frequently select solitary relaxation methods such as writing, yoga, art therapy, aromatherapy, and others.
Solitude is good for the soul ---- Those who embrace solitude, are able to get into a âstate of engagement with themselves, to self-reflect, regenerate and discover,â Dr. Adelayo said. âThey have mental resiliency and fortitude, which can bode them well in times like these.
