Let me introduce myself
ALC is a one woman show. I am a designer and web developer with 6+ years of experience in in the field. I have a formal education in Multimedia Design and Development with a concentration in Web Design and Development, which I completed in July of 2018. I specialize in logo design and web work with special attention to UX/UI design (user interface/user experience).
My career with the world wide web began as an assistant while in college working towards my Biology degree. My responsibilites included monitoring web servers, communicating changes between the client and the web developer at the time. Unexpectantly the web developer we had on staff left and while searching for a new developer, I discovered Adobe Muse.
I feel in love with writing code and designing. I purchased every book I could find on HTML5, CSS3, and dabbled in Javascript. This was a turning point in my career path. I completed my AS in Biological Studies while teaching myself the many web languages.
In 2014, I opened ALC Marketing + Design Co and started my family.
