Gracias por venir y compartir conmigo esta semana, se que fuimos siete los que pasamos la semana entera juntos pero al final mi corazón quería abrazarlos a ustedes y hacer memorias juntos otra vez… estoy completamente devastado que se van, me siento como un adolescente que se despide de su hermano dándole un abrazo mientras sigue dormido para regresar a la universidad, me siento como adolescente que después de al fin hacer click con su hermana se va Tx para ver si alguna escuela lo aceptaría y camino al aeropuerto mientras maneja voltea a verla y la ve limpiarse un par de lágrimas. Necesitaba verlos, escuchar sus historias, sanar un par de heridas y sobretodo atenderlos.

Now I can imagine the anxiety the disciples felt as they walked up to Jerusalem without a place to stay for the week, a city for about 50,000 people and in a week it would grow 4x in population. Kinda like any city today during f1 weekend 😂

But Jesus gave clear instructions to them: go and find a man with a jar of water and follow him…

This season has been literally our Passover: uphill, in the middle of the dessert, hoping for the promise of the feast after being hungry and thirsty for days because we left our home knowing we didn’t have enough to make it safely but it was a matter of venturing and hoping for the best or dying where we stood at the moment.

My question now is: where the heck is the man with the jar?! 😂😂😂

All I know is it begins to feel like we made it home; bruised, dirty, starving, thirsty, broke, but we made it and that is all that matters.
