I'm Zoë :) I work as a full time Business Information Analyst by day and unleash my creativity making chainmaille jewellery by night!
.⚬⚪ How Zoë's Zazzles Came to be ⚪⚬. I've always loved making things, customising things and being generally crafty. In the past I've had a go at cross stitch, knitting, origami, crochet, sewing, card making & resin jewellery but none of those really captivated me
so I gave up on most of my projects. Eventually I got into making jewellery after turning my TV on one day to a program called "Jewellery Maker". They mainly sell gems but they do demonstrations on how to make all kinds of jewellery too. I was fascinated & after watching a few shows, I was inspired to start making my own jewellery. I bought some basic tools and components and raided my own jewellery box for broken pieces to practice on. A few weeks later, I'd mastered the basic skills and had a growing collection of all sorts of different jewellery. I simply couldn't hoard everything that I had made and so after building up some confidence, decided to start selling my creations around mid 2013. I finally found my niche in chainmaille so my range almost exclusively consists of chainmaille pieces nowadays. That said, I do still make other types of jewellery for friends and family on request and I'm happy to take commissions. I have attended many fairs as a creator and stall holder which taught me so much about both the crafting community and also about selling my shinies face to face and presenting my brand.
