WellCare hosted its fourth annual Community Health Champions Awards on Wednesday to honor individuals and organizations that have played a pivotal role in removing healthcare barriers, improving outcomes and supporting community wellbeing throughout the Commonwealth.
Nearly 300 nominations were received.
