Do you like to premix your oils into ready to use blends?
I do! Making blends is a lot of fun, especially when they smell so good.
I’m ready for a restful nights sleep again now that my bottles are full and ready to use.
This time I chose Vetiver, Lavender and Juniper Berry. For me, Vetiver is very sedating, Lavender is calming and Juniper Berry helps with the vivid dreams.

I’ve helped a lot of people over the years (and in particularly the past several weeks) with oils to help with sleep. From babies and toddler to children and adults, there’s an oil to suit everyone’s needs.
For me personally, it’s Lavender and Vetiver for a deep nights sleep. Occassionally I’ll add in a little Juniper Berry when dreams become vivid or a little wild Orange when I just can’t turn my brain off.

For us, back to school tomorrow also means getting back into good routines and habits that help us get out the door on time and set us up for a good day. Here’s what we will be doing every school morning:
- Balance and Peppermint in the kitchen diffuser to wake us up and keep us calm
- On Guard on our spine, neck and soles of feet to protect us throughout the day
- Balance on the soles of feet, spine and inhaled to keep us feeling grounded and prepared for what comes our way
And if anyone is feeling extra anxious, then we’ll roll some Adaptiv on too.

Today we made our own Purefume. It’s like perfume but more pure!
I bought the girls a spray bottle each and they selected the essential oils they wanted. They had a lot of fun selecting and smelling different combinations until they found one they liked. We mixed a few drops of each oil in a base of Witch Hazel oil. The images show what they chose.
I haven’t worn perfume in over 6 years now. I love being able to choose a fragrance each morning based on how I am feeling or how I want to feel without any harmful chemicals affecting my body.

Back when I was experiencing all sorts of stomach pain and discomfort, the very first dōTERRA essential oil tried was DigestZen and it gave me instant relief.

Hi, my name is Zoeleil, otherwise known as Zoe for short. I was born and raised on the Darling Downs in Queensland Australia and I'm happy to still call this place my home. I have a wonderful husband, Tony, and together we have three beautiful little girls, Sienna, Imogen and Zaliah. As well as being a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA, I am also a primary school teacher.
Although my thumbs aren't very green, I really do enjoy gardening and I guess you could say I also like cleaning. Most of all though, I love spending time with my family. I truly believe that family is the most important thing in life, a precious gift from God, and that everyday with them should be valued and respected.
I was introduced to doTERRA essential oils back in 2016 when I was having a few health issues. A friend gave me some samples to try and they worked!!! Since that time, I have been discovering more and more ways in which these little brown bottles can support my family's health and well-being.
I can no longer imagine my life without oils and I am extremely grateful to my friend for sharing them with me. Keeping something that works so well to myself would be selfish and greedy. I absolutely love sharing these oils with others and I would love to share them with you too.
