Recently, our Speech-Language Pathology and Physician Assistant students engaged in an Interprofessional Education simulation. Groups worked together on a pediatric case study and learned about each discipline’s expertise and role in the care team. This Holiday season our graduate chapter of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association organized a toy drive benefitting Ryan’s Toy Round Up. The toys will be donated to the Passaic County Domestic and Sexual Violence Center and will bring joy to so many children! Great job SHU NSSLHA and everyone who made this drive a success! 🎁
