Meet Mat, for whom our Big Mat Pizza is named after!!! Mat has been working with us at the OIP Mill Hall for nearly 16 years. His time with us will be coming to a close shortly as he has graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with an HVAC Degree! We’re excited for Mat’s future and will miss him dearly!

We decided to name our Big Mat Pizza after him because of his hard work and dedication to our Restaurant for so many years!

We spread Specialty Sauce over our crust. Then we top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add ground beef and bake it to perfection! We then add fresh lettuce, pickles and layer a little more sauce over top.

2 Weeks ago I had the pleasure to speak to the students during Career Day at Woodward Elementary School! They were absolutely amazed at what we could put on a pizza! After the order we received from the teachers on their last day of school, I think they were paying attention as well!!!

We’re thinking about rolling out a new Summer Specialty Pizza at the OIP Mill Hall.

Off the top of my head, we’ll just call it The Big Matt! 😏
