Housed in a Grade I listed landmark estate with over 60 rooms, RH England warms visitors in its grandly scaled spaces and well-curated pieces of furniture and art; a wonderfully inspirational visit for design enthusiasts alike.

Mind in Morocco

Designed by French architecture firm Studio Ko, Musée YSL Marrakech is a museum in Morocco dedicated to the work and life of French fashion icon Yves Saint Laurent.

Textured brickwork cover the façade with bold straight and curved lines, creating intersections of cubes with a lace-like covering of bricks, forging patterns that recall the weft and warp of fabric — an homage to the late French designer.

A brief pit stop at home this week before our next journey out tomorrow to Marrakesh. It’s been wonderful to be able to finally take some much needed time off for myself to travel while in between jobs. Highlights on our recent trip to Mallorca is now up.

A bit of cleaning and repacking, we’re now eagerly looking forward to the trip, a first for the both of us to a new continent — sunny days and tajines, here we come 🐪
