Many many many memories have been created in the last few weeks - this one was a particularly big moment for me. Singing my heart out to The Show Must Go On and thinking about all the beautiful q***r folk who have ever lived, and how lucky I am to be here.
Learning some new covers for Friday's gig at 🌞 I absolutely love this tune, so had to share this ropey and very real video of me in the first stages of learning. Moments before the world turned upside down (aka January 2020), I recorded some music with my dear friends Peter Miles and Tim Langsford. I've sat on these songs for 2 years, lacking the confidence to share my own music with anyone, but now feels like the right time to release these songs into the wild and let them do their thing, outside of my brain. These songs fell out of my heart at a time when I had everything to lose, and no idea of the precipice we were all standing at the edge of.
