Let's make paleo fun! I decided to remove anything from my diet that I thought was "not natural" for a human to eat.
This meant eliminating all grains, starches, sugars, dairy, trans- and hydrogenated fats, alcohol, and caffeine. I am not a nutritionist or here to give you health advice. I am just sharing my recipes, my tips with you in the hopes that it helps you in some way.
