My Why

I would love to help you unlock the key to your true financial success.

As a working mom of 2 girls, they are my why. I want to be able to spend more time with them and watch their extracurricular activities, without having to “choose” between them and the gymnasts I coach.

I have been involved in the sport of gymnastics since the age of 5. When I was 14 I started earning money coaching gymnastics (actually started teaching at 12, but was too young to be paid). From that point forward, I have been a coach to many, many young girls and boys. I love to see the impact I have on their gymnastics and their lives. I love setting expectations and watching them reach their full potential. Gymnastics is a great sport to teach young children life lessons, which has always been my favorite part of coaching. One of those life lessons is to have a plan, but to also be prepared for a change in that plan. Once that event/routine is over, consider what you could have done to make it better, and prepare for your next event/routine. Coaching gymnastics can be a very physically demanding job and I know that I cannot do it forever, so I have looked to see what I have done previously and am now preparing for my next event.

I have handled the competitive team finances as well as been PTO treasurer at my children’s elementary school. One of my favorite things was to look at what we had spent, see if there was a way to cut back on costs, and how we might be able to bring in more money. I was fortunate enough to find Bookkeeper Business Launch and have gone through training to become a bookkeeper. I know that I can help businesses get a clear picture of their finances and assist them in making changes that will prepare them for a better future.
