I rejoice in Your word as one who finds great treasure. Psalms 119: 162

As I pondered today of God’s treasure and what His word means to me, my heart overflowed…

As I dive deeper into the living waters of His word, my heart is captured. My thirsting soul drinks and like a sponge I soak in His every promise. I saturate myself till I am drenched and dripping with the oil of joy. What beauty as the Holy Spirit brings it to life within me and my heart rejoices in its heavenly melody. His word is like a song orchestrated by God with all different lyrics and rhythms that causes my heart to sing and my feet to dance. I’m amazed as He awakens my spiritual eyes to see mysteries and treasures hidden so deep I’ve never seen or heard before. What glory flows in every chapter, they are sweeter than honey to my lips. My heart, soul and mind goes through a sweet transformation and I am no longer the same as when I entered. My mind is renewed, my heart is refreshed and my body and spirit is revived. Joyful tears flow as I write this and I give God all the glory, honour and praise for allowing me to enter into His gates of righteousness and discover the glory and beauty of His love and grace, in His presence and in His word. He doesn’t look at my past or the kind of woman I was before, His love has made everything new for me.
My heartfelt prayer 🙏🏻 and desire is for the world to also enter in and discover for themselves the mighty King of Glory, Jesus Christ is His name. Amen

I love Psalms chapter 107 it tells of His great works of deliverance and tells of His great mercy and love towards all walks of life as they call out to Him, including everyone of us!

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so
Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy!
V 1,2

When we cry out to the Lord in our trouble
He brings us out of our distresses.
He calms the storm so that its waves are still.
Then we are glad because they are quiet and
He then guides us to our desired haven.
Psalms 107 v 28-30

When we cry out to Him, He brings us out, He calms the storm. We are glad then He guides us to our desired haven..praise God!

Hallelujah! Let us give thanks to the Lord, He is good!
His mercy is everlasting, He has redeemed us and set us free from the enemy!!

No matter what you are going through get excited about this powerful promise of God. He is our promise Keeper and He is true to His word!! Thank You Lord for this word.

🌷💕 A MOTHER'S LOVE 💕🌷

A mother’s embrace can be warm and so tender
To all those she loves she will be their defender
What a sweet mystery how she can sooth every pain
With one gentle touch no one can explain
A wise mom will build her home with her hands
A fool tears it down and it no longer stands
One way or another she can destroy or restore
When she’s wise she won’t give up, but keep giving more.
No greater gift could she ever behold
Deep love from her heart more valuable than gold 💕
She’s a heavenly blessing to treasure each day
Till the Lord calls her home and takes her away
Sweet memories they linger and tears we may cry

She is worth far more than rubies. Proverbs 31:10, 25-28 She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her.

I thank God for my mother’s love & faithful prayers. If it wasn’t for her faith in God and her prayers I wouldn’t be here today. A mother’s and grandmother’s prayers are extra special and powerful. They touch the heart of God in a profound way. 💕🌷

TRUE ART OF AGEING ❤️❤️❤️

In Psalms chapter 92 verse 13 says Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. Verse 14, They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing. Well I’m standing on that promise for me and going to hold onto it and live it, I won’t settle for less. God said it and I believe it… How to keep fresh and flourishing…
In Psalms 16 verse 8 shows us that David always considered God and not just in time of need. “ I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With Him at my right hand I will not be shaken.” I will rest in Hope…it goes on to say in verse 9, “Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; my flesh shall also rest in hope.” Then in verse 11, “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fulness of joy. At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
I will keep my trust in Him…Prov.3:5,6
I will keep on living and moving in Him and rely on His strength not mine. Phil. 4:13
My spirit is renewed daily I’ll keep refreshed and revived in the spirit moment by moment. 2 Corinthians .4:16
We are spirit beings and we can still bear fruit as we grow older as we keep in mind our youthful spirit is fresh and flourishing. It will take work on our parts to keep in tune with the Lord daily and stay focused on the spiritual realm we walk in everyday and not our flesh. Let’s keep our fruit fresh and flourishing as we blossom with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, goodness and self-control.
{I wanted to add an Excerpt from my book “Beauty for Ashes”} When you reach a certain age in life, they say you are “OVER the HILL” Nice…I have finally reached that plateau in life and it is not at all what people make it out to be. I am over the hill to a happier place and believe it or not this chapter of my life is the happiest I’ve ever been and I’m making the most of it. It is society that dictates and defines what a person should be as they grow old. But hey I’ve arrived and it’s not true. Don’t follow the mindset of being old and now it’s over. If you Think it, you are going to Believe it and Live it till you are given your last rights. Remember as long as you can breathe on your own you are significant. God has a purpose and plan for you at whatever age you are so get over it and enjoy your moment in time every day.
Now getting back to OVER THE HILL…It is a phrase written to somewhat amuse, but I perceive it to have some truth in it for me anyway because I am now…
~OVER my low self-esteem
~OVER worrying about what people think
~OVER trying to please others
~OVER trying to be something I’m not
~OVER with people trying to control me
~OVER coming my weaknesses and failures
~OVER my past and look forward to my future
~OVERcomer- I am born of God and believe Jesus is the Son of God. I have overcome the world And this is the victory that has overcome the world- our Faith 1John5:4,5 ref : NKJV
They also say when you get older you are wiser…
I would say there is some truth in that statement because…
As you grow older ~you learn to appreciate the things you took for granted
~you value each moment in life so much more because you don’t know when your last moment will arrive
~you learn so much from all the experience you endured & when you see someone about to enter that same door you did you want to warn them but can’t because they are on a journey of their own and they need to learn and grow through their own experience.
~+ So, if you are at this stage in life celebrate the new you as you enter a new beginning in the art of growing older, ageless and youthful through the glory of His grace.+~
The True Art of Aging is the truth in God's word...
A…I will accept who I am in Christ and acknowledge all that I can do and be through Christ. I will allow my inner spirit to overcome the natural. I am ageless in the spirit because it is being renewed day by day. 2 Cor.4:16
R…I will renew my way of thinking for my youth is renewed and I will refresh and revive my whole being as I walk in the spirit. Psalms 103:5
T…I will Trust in the Lord with all my heart and Train myself to Think youthful for my time here is temporal. I will Treasure my gift of the Holy Spirit within me and be Thankful. Prov.3:5,6
Remember God used many older men and women to do great and mighty things in the bible, so it is not over for you till God says it’s over. Enjoy life to the fullest with a renewed mindset and meditate on this word, because no matter what age you are right now, God is going to use you mightily for His glory. COME RUN WITH ME..
If we live day by day trusting in our own abilities and do only what we think we can achieve what good is that? Jesus said in Luke 18:27 what’s impossible with man is possible with GOD. I want to live running in the impossible and allow HIM to supernaturally work the impossible through me. I don’t want to settle for second best and achieve only what I can do BUT I desire to reach higher and trust deeper in my GOD who can do the unthinkable and beyond what’s achievable to man. Why does the LORD tell us in Proverbs 3:5 to trust in HIM and not lean on our own understanding? Because what HE wants to do for you is bigger than what your mind could ever comprehend! HIS ways and HIS thoughts are much higher than yours and mine! Is GOD asking you to step out and walk on water and the waves are too high and none of it makes sense? Then rejoice and get excited and cast off all fear and fix your eyes on JESUS for HE will make it happen.
Come run with me on the impossible waters with GOD and HE will do through you what you never thought possible!! May these words encourage you today and run with patience the vision GOD has given you and write it down and make it plain for all to see on that day as GOD brings it to completion in your life!! Thank You Lord for Your amazing word we believe and receive in Jesus name. Amen and Amen!!! We will give You all Glory in all the impossible things you do through each one of us!! Hallelujah!
