Natives of Louisiana, the Donovan Family seeks to bring their family's recipes from the Bayou to the Deep South. Featuring Cajun classics such as red beans and rice, oysters and crawfish, Cajun Boys & Our Poboys has something for the entire family.
Our Story
Natives of Louisiana, the Donovan Family began Cajun Boys & Our Poboys as a long awaited dream of theirs in 2017. They wanted to bring their home town roots flavors from the Bayou to the Deep South. They began with opening one location in Pelham, AL on Highway 52. With great success, they decided to open another location along with the Marshall family who are also originally from Louisiana, on Caldwell Mill Rd. They also will be opening a location in Chelsea coming in 2019 along with the Marshall family. Both families know what Cajun food should taste like and have strived to make their restaurants as close to New Orleans flavors as possible. From the classic Gumbos to the fresh beignets, Cajun Boys & Our Poboys has something everyone will enjoy.
