A little more info on the importance of international buyers in Florida? Based on the latest NAR study, foreign buyers accounted for 19% of Florida's volume for the year ending July 2018. That was a staggering 52,000 homes! In addition, the sales price for that group was 20% higher than the median sales price. Would you like to know where the international buyers are coming from? Foreign buyers purchased $22.9 billion of Florida's existing single family residences for the year ending August, 2018. Sixty-seven percent of those were all cash transactions. FIfty-three percent of the purchases were for townhomes and condomiums. (Based on a NAR study)

Christmas for Our Deployed Soldiers
To all the Valrico Office agents: I have agreed to match up to $500 of postage money donated by the Valrico office agents to the Affiliated Foundation and specifically marked for postage for the Christmas boxes for our deployed troops this holiday season. Thanks to Frank Rotger for immediately stepping up to the plate with a very generous donation to get it started. We need to reach the $1,000 postage goal for this office. Each of our Florida offices will have a box for donations for items to be shipped as well. Please be generous and remember the great sacrifices our troops and their families make.

Notes like make we want to work in real estate forever! This sort up sums up my goal in life now, "to help others be successful". I consider it a great honor to be able to work with people like Cabot Brown and to see their growth and success.

C21 Affiliated agents and staff. We needs funds for the hurricane relief efforts in the panhandle. If you would like to contribute to the Affiliated Foundation, you can do so through payroll or from your commission checks. There is a great need there, and we do have a Affiliated Board meeting scheduled this week to discuss it. If you don't remember, we contributed $40,000 for hurricane relief in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico last year. The panhandle got hit really hard and there is a great need there. If you can find it in your hearts to donate, 100% of the contributions goes to hurricane relief, there are not administrative fees or other overhead since everyone on Board volunteers their time and expertise.

Traffic was really light today coming to work. I got here and someone told me it's Columbus Day. Personally, I'm holding out for Captain Morgan day.🥃😀
