*The River refreshes and gives life!*

Ezekiel 47:9 ESV
[9] And wherever the river goes, every living creature that swarms will live, and there will be very many fish. For this water goes there, that the waters of the sea may become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes.

This River of God refreshes. It makes glad. It renews strength. It gives life to whomever it touches.

However, it looks like the River must be actively sought. How?
By asking for it.
By seeking for it
By knocking on the Door.

When we ask in understanding, we also pray in tongues seeking the River.
When the River comes old dreams and visions come alive.
Things long dead come back to life.

Lost opportunities come back to life.
Lost visions come back to life.
Dead parts of our bodies come back to life.
Cancer is healed.
Brain problems are healed.
Arthritis goes away.
Darkness flees
Sorrow flees.
Times of refreshing begin.

The list goes on and on.

As we plunge into The River of Life in this season may all that is dead in our lives come back to life in Jesus mighty name AMEN

Greed an intense and selfish desire for something especially wealth power or food.

A selfish and excessive desire for more of something ( such as money) than is needed.

In this season as we step into the promotions and higher responsibilities that God has for us we need to examine ourselves. Allow the Holy Spirit to circumcise our hearts and free us from harmful/ inordinate desires.

When we look around us and see greed in our Nation's and communities; the proper response is to uproot it in ourselves first.

[5] Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!

*BEING AT PEACE WITH YOURSELF*
_Healing for the soul_

Man is a phenomenon; a very unique being filled with wonders. We are greater than we think we are, stronger than we think we are, possess more than we think we do.

The reason is because God made us in His image. However what will unlock the full workings of that image is in Christ.

Unfortunately, we spend our lives seeking and waiting for External Validation to manifest our callings and nature.

We want someone to recognize our gifting and talents before we place value on them.

This is the reason why most of us do not fulfill the ministries God has given to us.

Everything we need to fulfill life is inside us. We must learn to look inwards. Learn to trust ourselves. Learn to believe in what we carry and be unapologetic of who we are in Christ.

It's a journey from level to level to renew your mind from relying on men and their views of you to seeking the approval of God alone.

Deep meditation and Bible study will take us there gradually. Little by little bit by bit who we are will unfold.

Lord open our eyes to The truth concerning external validation and order our steps aright in Jesus mighty name. AMEN!

Our growth is developmental. From one level of Grace and Glory to another.

When we overcome an aspect of our lives by obeying Christ for example we overcome anger by being patient and kind. We overcome hastiness by being slow to speak and act. At that point we have attained conscious competence.

We are aware that we are doing the right thing in that area. We have contacted Grace and are walking in the light.

May we always strive to overcome ourselves by putting off the old man and putting on Christ in Jesus mighty Name we pray. AMEN!

The Word of God is alive and active and carries the power to create, set us free and destroy the enemies we face.

It is necessary that we speak the Word of God. Memorize scriptures relevant to your season and situation as revealed by The Holy Spirit and begin to say it out loud over and over again.

There may be instances where you can't speak loudly. In such cases you can whisper to yourself.

Several parties are listening and they're all involved in your situation.

📍Yourself because you need to preach to yourself that you may have faith.

📍God is listening so He can use your words to vindicate you.

📍Angels are listening to carry out your instructions through the Word.

📍Satan and his demons are listening so that they must submit to the word of God in your mouth.

The Word of God is powerful to change our minds.

I've heard testimonies of highly influential men of God say how much of scriptures they had to dedicate themselves to that led them to contact the power of God and the heavy anointings that they wield.

I listened to Apostle Arome, Derek Prince, Oral Roberts and A.A. Allen all bear record to deep personal Bibles study.

They are for our example. Every child of God needs to give themselves to the study of the Word because the New Creation that we are in Christ is renewed by the Word of God.

There will never be a substitute for The Word of God.

Lord help us to commit ourselves to the study and feeding on the Word of God. Open our eyes to the high priority that we must put on it in Jesus mighty Name we pray AMEN!

Wrong Thinking patterns are established by iniquity; these are deeply rooted rebellious patterns of thinking that have their roots in generations past. Systems of thinking that we were born with and have subtly been reinforced into our being at birth or childhood.

Powers of darkness rest on these thinking patterns They establish their rule and authority over our lives through these thoughts.

When we spend time in deep repentance we open ourselves up to the Holy Spirit to do surgery inside of us. He uproots plantings that He did not plant.

Plantings like Anger, greed, covetousness, self indulgence, sexual immorality etc.

O Lord heal our thinking patterns. Grant us Grace to commit ourselves to the renewing of our minds and open our eyes to the thinking patterns that have held us bound in Jesus mighty Name we pray. AMEN!

I always say:
*its a long journey between the heart and the mouth!*

Before what you say with your mouth becomes what you say in your heart, you'll need to say and think it for at least 10000 hours.

This applies to dealing with strongholds in our minds . To dislodge established ways of thinking that are responsible for the unequal measures in our lives we'll need to be deeply committed to the process.

The starting point would be deep repentance. I have had several great breakthroughs in my thinking pattern through concentrated repentance. It involved me simply saying concerning......i repent and plead for Mercy.

I would say it repeatedly for several hours , even the entire day and for several days and at the end I reach my destination. I am freed from the evil spirit that held me bound and my thoughts regarding the matter changes. I receive true salvation regarding the matter.

May The Lord grant us Truth in this season and Grace to overcome ourselves in Jesus mighty Name. May we walk in the power of the cross experientially in Jesus mighty Name. AMEN

[10] Divers weights, and divers measures, Both of them are alike abomination to the LORD.

The first interpretation of this scripture is the use of measures in the marketplace.

When a scale is said to be 1kg but in reality it is 800 grams or less. This is very prevalent in my country Nigeria where petrol for example is sold at a certain price per litre but in reality the measurement is less.

You find people crowding towards filling stations that are reasonably close to the mark.
The same happens with scales for selling meat. As well as containers for selling rice, beans and other grains.

Apparently this problem is an age old problem because king Solomon addresses it.

Dear Traders and business men and women in Christ; let us repent by adjusting our weights and measures.

We will not lack market instead, we will receive power to make wealth and a reputation for honesty and excellence.

It sounds like a good plan to take out time to pray through corporately as business people for Grace to establish right measures. Its a task only The Lord can help us achieve.

O LORD grant us Grace to achieve honest weights and measures in our scales in Jesus mighty Name AMEN!

At the fall of man in genesis 3, a curse was placed on the ground of Adam.

At the coming of Christ the offspring of Abraham the possibility of removing the curse was established.
Every planting Not planted by God was to be uprooted.

That's great news; these plantings are thorns and thistles. Spiritual personalities established to ensure that you are not fulfilling the original mandate of God; to be fruitful, to Multiply and to replenish the earth.

Each of us needs to prayerfully ask The Lord to uproot plantings He didn't plant in our land. The results would be amazing when The Lord uproots poisonous, wicked treacherous presences that have hindered fruitfulness in our lives.

O Lord uproot every planting that You have not planted in my life and in my children's lives in Jesus mighty Name. AMEN!

Understanding The blessing of Abraham And How to walk in it pt 2

Another fundamental aspect of the blessing was predicated upon Family life. That Abraham would lead his family in the ways of The Lord from Generation To Generation.

The Gift of administration is a very unique ability to organize people and processes profitably for God's kingdom. Just like the first 7 deacons whose duty it was to properly administrate people and resources that gathered to The Lord in that season.

What the Holy Spirit wants in this season is for those to whom He has given these gifts in secular jobs to exercise the gift in their jobs.

Be conscious of His presence and talk to Him about these processes.

Before you recruit spend time praying so that your eyes are opened and you don't hire Satan's candidate instead of The Holy Spirits candidate.

Understand how important placing people in positions are. Every one slot/ position filled is a lifeline that feeds and supplies families.

Before you reshuffle or put together a team for a project spend time praying for guidance and insight so that you put round pegs in square holes.

As a teacher or lecturer seek Him before you assign the class captain/ class rep.

The gift of administration makes it easy for you to know who goes where, who does what and how things should be done.

Lord awaken this gift of administration in everyone that You have placed it in amd let it not lie dormant again in Jesus mighty Name AMEN ‼️

The issue of spiritual gifts was something we spent a lot of time trying to understand, figure out and place ourselves in when we came to Christ by His Mercy at the turn of the century.

Somewhere along the line we lost the consciousness of these gifts and embraced and began to pursue some other things.

So we need to begin again. Because it is by this set up that The Body of Christ is established to function.

First of all there are
📌Varieties of gifts
📌Varieties of service
📌Varieties of activities

All these are empowered by The Holy Spirit.

So we need to discover the gifts assigned to us individually and the services we are assigned to and the activities that we are to be involved in.

We also need to recognize the difference so that we don't make an activity to become a service and so that we don't build ministries on gifts alone.

Lord teach us and reacquainte us with The move of Your Holy Spirit in our lives individually and Corporately in Jesus mighty Name AMEN!

It is important that we begin to look at purpose from the view point of the gifts of the Spirit of Christ.

What has The Holy Spirit given to me and how does it function? How am I supposed to operate in the gift?

It's never too much to consistently let you know that there are varieties of gifts. The implication of this is that the operations of The Spirit in you will be different from His operations in another.

Secondly whatever your gift is, it carries power. It is energized by The Holy Spirit.
Thirdly your gift and calling is for the common good. It's to benefit others not yours to hide and secretly rejoice in. It's for service to the Saints.

Father help each of us to correctly discern the gifts of YOUR SPIRIT in us in Jesus mighty Name. AMEN ‼️

I used to think that finding your purpose in life was in a set of formulas.

Asking yourself various questions like what can i do and what am I passionate about and what makes me angry etc?

However, today I see differently. I understand that these are natural ways of trying to discern supernatural matters, IT WON'T WORK!

The way to correctly seek out your purpose is to seek God and His kingdom and follow His leading.

There are some things that are constant though. Whatever God would have you do, He has already wired you to fulfill. Everything is inside you already, the only snag is that....He holds the key.

Even though some of the abilities would be obvious within you....the main ingredients can only be unlocked by the flames of His presence as He burns away the chaff inside you to produce gold.

The further you go in His purifying process the closer to your purpose you get. Your first purpose is to become; become more and more the image of His Son.

And then you do. You begin to do the works of the Father as He shows you. Each persons assignment differs. Each persons internal make up, the combinations of skills, abilities, interests, passions all differ.

As we submit to Gods process then we can look at what thoughts pass through our minds concerning the direction in life.

Its then the questions of what am I passionate about? What angers me? What can I do? Will be answered more correctly.

Trying to answer your purpose before submitting yourself to Gods Spirit could send you in the wrong direction.

Lord please show me who You've called me to be and what You've called me to do in Jesus mighty Name AMEN.

FINDING YOUR PLACE IN GOD'S ARMY 3

1 Corinthians 2:9-10 ESV
[9] But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”— [10] these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.

One of the best ways to discover your calling is through the stories of others. There are stories of how others found themselves that awakens something in you.

You see yourself in others. Sometimes the Holy Spirit will show you someone that has a gift similar to yours to point you in the right direction.

Sometimes you see someone doing something and you say to yourself, I can do that!

Scripture is full of people and how they found their callings. You will most definitely see yourself in one or more of them.

Some understood from birth their assignments. Like John the Baptist and Samuel.

Some entered their callings and destinies accidentally ( in their thinking) like King Saul , Queen Esther.

Others just saw a need and rose to the occasion like Deborah, Barnabas Luke in the NT. Lydia the seller of purple

Some had supernatural calls like Paul the Apostle and the 12 disciples of Jesus. Bazalel and Oholiab.

Whichever way the starting point is always

*do the best you can with what you have where you are!*

And the God of all peace will guide you in Jesus mighty Name. AMEN
