@simpleliving13 and I have both been on health and fitness journeys for many years and have decided to create a project that incorporates all the things we have learned over the years. In these 30 days we will include mindfulness tools, breathwork, meditation, journaling prompts, workout plans, fitness videos, nutritional guidelines, education and recipes. The goal of our project is to feel empowered, satiated, become stronger, leaner, healthier than ever before! All while having a blast, ditching diet dogmas and disciplines, and embracing more fun, joy and play!
