Classes are cancelled this week, today and Friday due to a bereavement.

Back to normal on Monday.

It was a great day yesterday in the ISKA Irish open championships we had 4 fighters from the club competing.

Evan and Mathew were competing in the novice division, Evan won his fight and Mathew lost his, they both put on good fights and gained great ring experience. Sean put in a great effort in his fight but he lost.

A special well done to Liam, he fought 3 fights at his weight division and won all 3 and became the all Ireland ISKA K1 champion. He worked very hard, and was very dedicated to all his training and it showed in the ring yesterday. Great work from all the team, thanks to Joe for all the help on the corner. Brilliant day

All glory to God it is He who gives us strength to do all these things.

Well done to our junior fighters and everyone that were fighting today Evan , Mathew and Braiens they were stepping in the ring for the first time some valuable experience gained.Liam's fight was a war and the decision was draw great work👊. Well done Pinta and all the Strike team was a great show very well ran, thanks a lot for having us on it . Thanks to Joe for all the help with the corners 🥊
