After our two incredibly successful roadshows last month we are coming to Douglas and would love to meet anyone who might be interested in working with us when we open LV Care Group - Bradda View in the Isle of Man later this year.

We are looking for an Administrator for our Head Office, to provide an efficient and confidential administration service to the Directors of the Group and HR.

We are looking forward to opening our brand new nursing home in the Isle of Man this year (Bradda View Nursing Home) and will be spending the next few months recruiting an excellent team to provide the high level of care expected from an LV Care Home.

Some of our day staff stayed overnight in homes across the Group to ensure they were on hand to help with any possible emergencies, and so they were safely there today to keep delivering their first class service and make sure our residents are safe.

Young and old treated to tortoise tale Generations joined together earlier this week for a spe-shell retelling of Aesop's classic fable 'The Tortoise and the Hare' – brought to life by the giant animal sculptures themselves.

The little ones from La Petit École playgroup headed off on the tortoise trail to Howard Davis Park to find LV Group’s floral-themed sculpture named ‘Keep Going Keep Growing’ yesterday!

‘Love to Run’, Durrell’s giant hare also hopped along for the fun as the pre-school children enjoyed storytime and a picnic in the park prepared by the chefs from LV Care Group.

Some of our lovely residents also enjoyed an afternoon in the sun getting involved in storytime. 🐢😁

What a fantastic cause to support make sure you all visit LV Care Group - St. Joseph’s on the 19th of August for a fun filled fair 😁!

LV Care Group are sponsoring the award for this year’s ‘star’ Health and Social Care student at the P.R.I.D.E of Highlands Awards.

The Awards for graduating sixth formers will take place on Thursday 22nd June in the Concert Hall at Highlands College.

Along with recognising outstanding students across the range of courses offered, the P.R.I.D.E of Highlands Awards on 22nd June will also celebrate students’ dedication to Highlands’ values of Potential, Respect, Imagination, Diversity and Excellence.

The winner of the Excellence in Health and Social Care award will be selected from the 68 sixth-form students who are currently on the Highlands course of whom 14 were offered hands-on work experience through work placements with LV Care Group this year.
