🍎🍷Loving this new limited production from Scout & Cellar which is Apple Wine!!!
This Hushkepper is an homage to a Pommeau but using our amazing apples from the Pacific Northwest.
I shared it last night with a whiskey, brandy, cider, and craft beer loving aficionado with a stellar palate. I mean this gentleman is a collector and describes spirits way better than me! He sipped it three ways; neat, on the rocks, and mixed as a hot toddy!

📝This is his review…
“My favorite is definitely straight. Has a lot of flavor that way. Has a more liquor type of drink that way. It’s not a burn heat at all. Just liquor heat. It’s really good neat.
On the rocks, no go for me. Loses a lot of the flavor and heat.
The hot toddy is solid. Very good winter drink. I like ciders and things. So that’s probably why I like this in a general sense.

I was very lucky and grateful to be a part of that building over the last 4 years, it is an experience unparalleled to anything I have ever done. ☺️
Building with her and a few of her team was incredible, but the team of leaders and consultants in the field have truly been the best part about this whole journey. 🥰
In 36 hours we took 4 hours to celebrate as a company but all the other hours before and after networking, talking, laughing, and sharing a glass of wine or two were really the reason to celebrate!!! 🥰🍷 Cheers to all the amazing people who have taken a chance on Scout & Cellar! 🙌🏼 It’s a great time to try something new!
