Hello everyone!! Andrea was able to get the dinner approved and the list from the cafeteria. We are a go!
Below is the list they will need. If we can donate any of the items then we won't have to pay the cafeteria for the groceries.
Please let me know if you can contact James or Walmart for donations or if you can donate some items. I took out some of the smaller grocery items.
We will serve 4-5:30 but will need workers 3:30-5:30ish. 10/12 at middle school.
40-45 lbs of ground beef
5 lbs onions
3 lbs green peppers
3 #10 cans of diced tomatoes (I think they sell these at James)
4 #10 cans pinto beans (also at James)
1 #10 can tomato paste
(if they don't have them we can figure ounces and tell you how many small cans it would take.)
for 500 cinnamon rolls
3 1/2 cups yeast
50 lb all purpose flour
2 lbs dry milk
20 lbs sugar
2 1/2 quarts vegetable oil
For icing
50 lbs powdered sugar
5 # cream cheese
Attention 2023-2024 Parents: we are reactivated an old page to start sharing info for the year. Please feel free to share.
Hello Senior Parents! We will be hosting a chili and cinnamon roll fundraiser on 10/12 in conjunction with a Pack the Rack volleyball game to be played at Rackley gym in middle school. The cafeteria will prepare the meal and we will pay them cost for food and staff. We will need parents to help serve that evening and if we can donate some food items it will decrease on the cost. We are working to get a food list from them tomorrow to share. I know she mentioned hamburger meat, cream cheese and powdered sugar but I will find out for sure and share. Once we find out if someone could request donations from business or we can make individual contributions.
All proceeds will be used for after prom activities!
Appreciate you all and more info to come.
