Willow River Area School Parent Teacher Organization - PTO
We raise funds with fundraisers (book fairs, wreath sales, apparel sales etc..) to help bring presentations to school, help fund field trips, and much more
We meet once a month during the school year. (See our schedule below.)
• We are an elementary based parent group, however, we assist in the middle/high schools as needed.
• We raise money with fundraisers such as the Ragnar run, Scholastic book fairs, wreath sales, etc. all money is used to support our PreK-12 students, teachers, staff, organizations, ans building.
• We are an open-minded volunteer group that loves to hear and discuss new ideas.
• We love what we do!

Last Spring our PTO in partnership with the Sturgeon Lake Lions Club purchased a GaGa Pit for our playground. We're happy to report that all ages have enjoyed playing! A special Thank You to Kevin & Corey Prachar for building & installing it.

We are looking for a volunteer to co-chair our PTO event at Open House on August 30th. We already have some ideas but would love to have someone who would want to help plan this year and then chair it next year.
