Day 2 of my actual prep diet (day 4 of prep) and I'm finding it challenging I must admit but trying to be mindful that I'm doing this out of choice! I think I'll feel better once the sugar has left my system. I'm missing feeling full after each meal but that is because I'm so used to overeating π³ (bulking for nearly two years will do that to a gal!)
