Hello Festival Community and Friends!

I am currently collecting financial donations to fund running a Wellness Initiative for very important, hardworking crew of a very important stage that everyone loves.

The more we can care for our festival crews, the better presentation we can bring to the people come showtime, so this year I am dedicated to being in service to our crew members!
Often, they are so beat down and tired from the build that it can be difficult for them to enjoy the amazing project that they have built!

If you want to support and contribute to the people who help build our festival community so they can be well-cared for and keep coming back, please DM me, or say ME in the comments and I'll drop you an email addy for the EMT. Your contributions, both financially and energetically, are very much appreciated!

There are volunteer opportunities of many kinds available, and we always appreciate financial contributions to fund our programs for At-Risk Youth. Donations $200+ receive a 50% tax receipt.

Currently, we are running a Mentorship program for incarcerated Youth at CYOC, workshops at St Gemma's Outreach School, and Excel open-custody centre is joining the roster this month for 1:1 Music and Wellness sessions, all with At-Risk Youth.

We have a lot of cool projects coming up as well, including a Compilation Album and release party this summer.

Music has saved sooo many lives! We really appreciate your contributions and are looking forward to making the world a better place with you!

I'm looking for a 'Wordsmithing' Instructor to join me for 4 x 1-1.5 hour workshops at an Outreach School in Calgary this spring at approx $50/hr.

The workshops will be specific to Rapping/MCing, Rhyme Writing, Poetry, and Spoken Word.

Instructor must currently have:
Criminal Background Check
Vulnerable Sector Check
Child Welfare Check
5 Million E&O and 2 Million Insurance Policy

I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and give some well-earned thanks to those who have touched my life this past year!

Thanks so much to my board of directors, instructors, and everyone who has supported my charity, The Fresh for Life Foundation over the last year. Its awesome to see my program for At-Risk Youth successfully running at CYOC, with expansion to other centres in Calgary in the new year! Woohoo!

Thank you to all my teachers in the trainings I have been taking over the last year, including with Rosina Wellmann @ Yoga & Meditation Centre of Calgary - Family/Systemic Constellation Healing Facilitator Training, Ashera Serfaty - Sacred Waters Women's Healing Circle (www.luminosityhealingarts.com), Galactic Activation @ Modern Mystery School International, Casandra Carmelina Marie Orantes for weekly private yoga and breath work sessions, Amanda Unrau for weekly Dao study sessions, Lorman Ip for monthly Life/Spiritual Coaching and (countless!) Formless Healing Sessions, Janelle Klander for training sessions in Authentic Communication, Gene Keys, and Enneagram, Marie Mitsch for training sessions in Non-Violent Communication, plus more! These trainings have really helped me heal from a lot of past and present trauma, and level up my game as a practitioner, as a professional, and as a human. Thank you so much to my teachers for your support and guidance!

Thank you to the promoters who booked me to bring my healing frequencies to the dance floors in 2023, and thank you to all my fans who celebrate the healing powers of music with me! Big thanks to the The Village Stage and Village Crew 2023 for being so awesome and coming together as the amazing team we are to bring the best bass music and atmosphere to the masses at Shambhala Music Festival every year! Stay tuned for the DNB GIRLS of CANADA Takeover 2023 Set and Video release, with a big thanks to Samantha 'Distinct' Makeiff for her extra support in making these things happen!

Thanks to the many friends who really stepped up to support me this summer when I got sick with ulcers. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as my life has shifted in the most beautiful ways since I stopped working so much and started making more time for JOY and HAPPINESS. Thank you to the universe for its lessons this past year. Although some of them were tough lessons, those trees are bearing delicious fruit now so I am greatful.

Also big thank you to the many friendships I have left behind this year, as they are no longer a vibrational match to me or my goals. We have learned so much together and I'm greatful for that. Awww hell, even a big thanks to the person who bullied me and tried to destroy my reputation over the last 6 months, as it really helped me level up in my life by clearing out the people who do not have my best interest in mind, and I had just been too blind to see it yet. Thank you for speeding up that part of my journey for me, and I wish you the best of luck on yours.

The vibe I'm leaning into for 2024 is the 'FU¢K YES' vibe (it makes cents!). If it's not a 'FU¢K YES' for me, then it's a NO. The 3 frequencies that I am calling in to support me to be the best version of myself for the 2024 year are: Emotional Safety, Joy, and Belonging. This is a FU¢K YES!!!

I'm excited to see how this next year unfolds. I'm wishing you all the best, and biggest hugs to you! I'm cheering for you all to achieve your goals and thrive in all that you do! I'm holding space for you to overcome your challenges, and even when you feel alone and want to give up, know that I'm sending good vibes your way to succeed!

We are meant to THRIVE, not just to be ALIVE, so let's make that happen in 2024!

My friend who is a single mom of 2 boys just had her money stolen from a Xmas Market she was vending at!

I have known this woman for over 20 years. She is amazing, works so hard, and is an excellent Mom. She spends hours daily making beautiful art to sell to feed her family. Now, she doesn't have money to celebrate Xmas with her kids.
