We provide a welcoming collaboration to motivate, encourage and inspire through diverse art works. Bodrum Art Collective is a multi-national group of five artists living in the Aegean port of Bodrum; a town full of art galleries, museums, and ancient sites that—in less than half a century—has evolved from a small, Turkish fishing village into an international holiday destination and art hub. A visit to in the centre of Bodrum to see latest exhibition with proved inspirational. I’d heard of painting with coffee and assumed I wouldn’t like it. I was wrong. Alp Çağpar’s work is beautiful and moving.
Inspired by the Rumi poem. The shape of Water. Oil on canvas 70 x 90cm.
When out on my early morning summer swims I'm fascinated by the solidness of the body above water in contrast to the shapes, colours and softness as you're gently touched by the seaweed and fish, collectively form an interesting fluidity under water. By Johanna den Dunnen .art

It has been so lovely spending time with my close friend Kim Carlow, a fellow printmaker- we studied together, sharing a studio at art school 37 years ago! Earlier this year Kim’s gallery and studio relocated to the picturesque seaside town Tenby in Wales. If you are in the area go and visit this lovely creative space where you can view my monoprints alongside Kim’s lino cuts and gifts.

“Every time I paint a watercolour I recreate the same picture in mixed media. I’m still trying to decide which style I like best. The original “Walking into the Future” is now hanging in its new owner’s house.” - Annie Onursan

Sarah and Sue are wondering...should our cats be allowed in our studios as they seem to love our work so much they never want us to finish it?
Do any of you have the same problem?
