Its getting harder to find good Chinese take out in my neighborhood, so I started cooking my own.
American wagyu gold. Now thats a mighty porterhouse. Made with my secret dry rub(lol), grilled and finished with Jacobsen’s flaky sea salt.
Its August and the tomatoes are coming in fast.
Just received this beautiful prime whole brisket from Snake River Farm .
Next stop is the smoker.
We made a wonderful dinner last night. Fresh veggies gifted to us by the farmers who work the land at the property we are staying at, and 35 day dry aged ribeye which i aged .
The beds made, and the veggies are planted.
