3 Ways to Increase Your Activity Even with Back Pain
In my last video I talked about how you do not need exercise to lose weight - which is great news for sore and aching back pain sufferers! 🙌 Solely focusing on exercise, and not your eating habits, is like having a fully loaded BMW and filling the gas tank with sludge. Let's say you do gradually improve your eating habits and see weight loss results, which in turn gives you more energy, takes excess pressure off the spine, and your back starts feeling better. You're ready to increase your activity because you know it is essential to continuing to relieve back pain and stop it from coming back...but you're not quite ready to go all in yet (smart idea!). Much like you don't want to leave your BMW in the garage the whole time. Great news for sore and aching back pain sufferers: Today I’m sharing what you can focus on, other than exercise, to lose weight so that you can get back to your strong and active self!

I’ve been slacking on eating fruits and veggies lately. 😳 What does that have to do with back pain though? A lot actually. Eating a whole foods diet... ✔️ Helps maintain a healthy weight which means less excess pressure on the spine ✔️ Provides necessary nutrients the body needs to complete it’s natural restorative and repair processes ✔️ Helps decrease inflammation associated with chronic pain ✔️ Provides energy so that you can move more to keep the back strong and mobile This week I zoned in on my breakfasts so that I can start my day off on a good note by having a fruit or vegetable first thing and keep my back strong and active.
