The Running Kitchen
A place where I can share simple and delicious recipes to inspire people to eat healthy.
I’ve been able to get faster and stronger as a runner, but I’ve also had to deal with a lot of intrusive comments along the way. I’ve heard guys yell out to me everything from “nice ass” to “you’re fat, lose some weight”. And while running is supposed to make me feel good, these unnecessary comments leave me angry, scared and annoyed. Women should be able to run without harassment. That’s why I’m super excited to share the project that and I have started. Follow along •

Cashew milk making ✨ I’ve been making my own nut ‘milk’ for over 2 years now. I personally love the taste and love that It doesn’t have any additives or sugar (like many store bought nut milks) Sure, it can get annoying at times, but totally worth it. Buying a nut milk bag is also 🔑 Who makes their own milks? |

Happy Valentine’s Day 💚💚💚 It’s never too early to eat freezer fudge, especially when it’s made with 🍵
Combine coconut oil, coconut butter, maple syrup and matcha, pour in a mold and top with pink Himalayan salt. Freeze for about 30 minutes and enjoy! •
