So many have really been going through it and I want to offer my help in lightening the load.

🌕 The full moon is here and the collective is in need of a massive purge right now!

Source is asking us to utilize this energy to let go of past versions of ourselves, old stories, old beliefs, etc.

Many of you may be asking, “how do I use the full moon to let go of these things? How does it even work?”

While this is a topic I will be going over in the near future, the full moon is tonight and we want to be able to harness this energy tonight and the next few nights.

So, this post is to alleviate the stress and confusion with this topic by me offering to do some of the heavy lifting for you!

I know sometimes when s**t seems to really hit the fan, it’s hard to see the brighter side; the blessings in disguise. Many of us have never really been taught that huge upheavals are indications of change, which should be welcomed and celebrated, but our natural instinct is to hold onto what we know for dear life and to resist that change. Especially when it’s hard and it seems as though everything is falling apart.

We are supposed to change! And I don’t mean just basic changes that come with age. I mean huge, deep, transformative change so that we are constantly evolving. We can’t do this if we don’t allow things to fall away, including old versions of ourselves.

Right now everyone is experiencing large upheavals in some form on a personal level, but to add to it, the planet is also going through the same thing, which is intensifying everything. For those unaware of what’s happening, it can be very scary!

Whether you’re “awake”, curious about spirituality, or deep in the thick of your healing journey, everyone is experiencing these changes. And I promise you, it’s for the better.

I want to offer this perspective and help for those who may feel a little lost and confused about these shifts happening within your reality.

These upheavals, though uncomfortable, are to let you know change is happening. It’s Sources’s (or the Universe’s, or God’s, whatever higher power you believe in) way of letting you know that it is time to lean into your body and the emotions coming up to understand what you’re needing to work on and let go. It’s Source’s way of guiding you to listen and feel your way through this.

The reason we need to look deeper into this is because it’s part of us learning about ourselves and making sure we have learned the lessons set in our path thus far. Once we understand this growth, and integrate it into our current being and reality, we can let it go with love and gratitude.

The fear, and worry, and stress, and difficulty comes when we resist that change. When we refuse to let go of what is no longer working for our highest good and hold on so tightly to what we know because we fear big change. This can also translate into physical pain and complications if gone ignored for too long.

If this sounds like something you are going through, I ask you to do the hard thing and to take the time to sit quietly with yourself and allow these emotions in. Allow yourself to FEEL what’s coming up and to start asking the questions of “why”?

Ask your guides and angels to be with you know to help you let go of what’s ready to go and to understand and learn from what is calling you to dig deeper. To see this as a time of growth and transformation that will bring blessings if you allow it to happen. If you trust that Source has your back and will never lead you astray.

I ask you to take time for yourself and to rest when your body is calling for it. Self-care is so important right now.

I ask you to take time in nature and connect with yourself as well as Blessed Gaia. Allow her to take on some of your stresses and worries and to replace it with her healing energy.

Most importantly, I ask you to give yourself grace and patience right now, as well as offering to everyone around you. We are all feeling the shifts in energies, just at different levels with different perspectives and understandings. Trust that even though things may be hard and maybe even painful right now, but it is to bring in healing and change, you just need to allow it.

I want to also extend my love at this time. If you are open to guidance during this time, know I am here and will hold space as you navigate this. I would be highly tied to work with you, one on one, to help you let things go and guide you through your transformation and healing.

I may not be happy with where I currently live- there are many things I could complain about. But this is the kind of thing that makes up for it!

Especially for my location, I get to see quite an array of wildlife and this guy is a new addition!! Because I’ve never seen a turkey at my patio, I wanted to look up the symbolism. Source sends us signs all the time, and in many different ways. Animals are a big one- and with this guy being new, and alone, I knew there was a message.

Same with seeing and hearing a woodpecker at the awning of my patio. I hadn’t had a woodpecker out back in almost 2 or 3 years!

I am so grateful for nature and the way Source speaks to us through these various ways.

When you encounter an animal that is out of the norm, I encourage you to not only look up the symbolism, but note how you feel in the moment. What you were thinking or asking when they appeared? If you’re connected to your guides, ask them for the deeper meaning of the experience. It always aligns with what’s going on in your life.
