Well done to our team for making big effort and giving all they have to reach the peak of Mount Kinabalu on 2 December 2011. We climbed the mount Kinabalu to fundraise for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Children's Charity in 2011 because GOSH fixed Amelia's heart (born with Tetralogy of Fallot), 6 years later, Amelia smashed the mount Kinabalu trail in Malaysia herself.

There were discussion about ALTITUDE may affect children and people with Congenital Heart Defects. The height of the mount Kinabalu is 4095m above sea level.

We "google" and we have not found a child with Fallot heart conquered a mountain with similar height of mount Kinabalu yet. Maybe this would be a new discovery for cardiology study.
