Tonight at 7:00pm, APSU senior musical theatre major, JJ Gibson will be presenting his senior capstone performance, "Death is Kind". An all-original musical with book and lyrics written by JJ Gibson.

Have you ever wondered what happens when you die? Don’t worry, Styx Inc. has it covered! Every year 60 million people are greeted by eternal employee D, better known as “The Doorman”. Except for one. From narrowly avoiding a falling piano to catching Chicken Pox twice, a Christmas Tree fire and general adolescent acrobatics, Anastasia Burnes evades death at every turn. When she inexplicably turns up at D’s door, the two must work their way through the bureaucracy of the afterlife to return her to the land of the living— even if it means going to HR.
