Vnímame súčasnú spoločenskú situáciu, ktorá nie je priaznivá k inakosti a rovnosti. Ide nám predovšetkým o vytváranie spoločnosti, ktorá nediskriminuje, nie je násilná a dáva rovnaké práva, povinnosti a slobody všetkým bez rozdielu.

A k výraznejšej zmene môže dôjsť len na základe predstavenia komplexných zákonov.

Teší nás byť v spoločnosti 25 slovenských zamestnávateľov, ktorým záleží na rodovej rovnosti a dúfame, že sa časom k výzve pridajú ďalší.
