This is why we provide as much information as we can to ensure the traceability of coffee right back to where it began life. We cooperate with our farmers and roasters to ensure a sustainable (and this means a fair price is achieved for everyone at every stage) and delicious coffee production. When we brew, we ensure this process is properly represented by extracting the inherent flavours and qualities of each different coffee. We sincerely hope you appreciate and enjoy all of the coffees we are privileged to be able to brew for you.
