This past weekend I spent my whole time with Drs, pastors, so much positive energy people from all walks of life. (So grateful).
I was told to try these on the bottom of my feet, instead of my wrists. Holy wow have I gotten a lot more done already this morning.
I’ve never been a person to get much accomplished before 12, just after.
