So, here is a sneak peak at what is coming. I've been working on these products for months and was due to launch in March and then wallop, Covid. I decided to hold fire so that I could focus on my kids and their home schooling.
I started to get the ball rolling again in September YourUnbelievaBowl and I am just waiting on a machine that will allow me safely and securely seal my packs.
It won't be too long, after which I can order all the lovely ingredients and get myself to work. In the mean time, I'll be sharing with you my wonderful range and going into more detail about how they can help you.

What are Zoats?
Firstly, the thought of eating any veg for breakfast has never really tickled my fancy. My love affair with oats is virtually unbreakable.
However, a while back I discovered there's a bit of a new Instagram 'trend' where folk are grating courgette into their porridge or Bircher. Maybe I could combine both!

☀️ Bang on a tambourine! - it's delish!!!!
You can't even taste the courgette (not that it's strong tasting anyway) AND it's such a fab way to get one of your '5 a day,' before you even 👋🏽wave👋🏽 the little rascals 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻through the 📚 school gates.
It's perfect on days where you might like to lower your carb intake, eg, days when you're less active.🕴🛀🏽☔️
I usually have around 60g oats for breakfast but this bowl was made up of the following:
• 40g jumbo oats
• half grated courgette
• homemade almond milk
• vanilla extract
• cinnamon
• greek yoghurt
• blueberries and pomegranate
• bee pollen
• walnuts
Been enjoying this set up for last few months (and even converted my better half this morning), so it's about time I shared it with you ❤️

• loads of spinach
• handful of rocket
• chopped baked sweet potato
• avocado
• lean bacon grilled
• walnuts
• feta crumbled
• olive oil

My 2 favourites are probably Pip&Nut and The Nut Roaster's almond butter. Delish.

🌼 Anyone tried Chia Raspberry Jam before?
Completely converted.👏🏻 No need for shop bought jam when it tastes this good.
• 150g raspberries
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp hot water
Blitz it all up and refrigerate for half an hour then bobs your uncle ❤️
My go to 'tea' when my brain refuses to be creative is roasted veg. Never disappoints.
Enjoyed with a Hake fillet. 🐟
Roasted veg included:-
• sweet potato
• aubergine
• courgette
• red onion
• yellow pepper
Drizzled in lots of extra virgin olive oil and popped a couple sprigs rosemary to give it some extra mmmmmmm! ❤️
Any other roast veggie recommendations would be much appreciated because these 5 are my 'go-to' staples. 😜
🌼{5 minute lunch ideas}
So today I didn't know whether to make a winter stew 🌨, a summer ☀️salad, a spring🌤 wrap or an Autumn 🌤 bowl of soup.
The extremes in weather had my head feeling all boingy.
In the end I opted for a quick 💃Greek style salad as I was longing to be back on holiday. So I decided to bring a bit of holiday into my home.
•Cucumber, •red pepper, •red onion, •lettuce, •mint and •feta with 2 partially boiled •eggs plonked on top. 👍🏼
Ok so it's not quite a pure Greek salad but it's my version and it rocks ❤️
Ps the plate is massive. The portion is not as small as it looks 👍🏼

It's Friday and there's no excuse to slack off this weekend. In preparation for 100 percent commitment I've prepared 4 delicious recipes from book. She may only be 17 but her book is incredible. Thanks for the veggie inspiration. I'm always looking for ways to spruce up my side and salad dishes.
