Getting back to what I love May ‘24 💅

It is with a heavy heart that I would like to inform my amazing clients, followers and supporters that due to the huge impact Covid 19 has had on the beauty industry and my own business that I will no longer be open for business. It is the end of a 3 year dream come true BUT I have an exciting new adventure beginning and I will be back! Sometimes when life gets hard you have to come back harder! As we have now been given the go ahead to start work again I would like to announce the re opening of Nails by Emily on Monday 20th July!!
I have to consider the steps that need to be put in place to ensure myself and all my clients are safe and well, due to this I will not be opening on the 13th July. My aim is to make sure I am sticking to government guidelines and that I re open in a safe way so I can continue to offer my service to my amazing clients. In light of this I will not be able to offer extensions for the time being, this is due to the virus traveling on dust particles and as I work from home this is a risk and a problem I am yet to find a safe solution to without having a huge bill! I will continue to offer gel polish, mani, pedi and of course nail art!! I am also currently in training so I can add to my available services (more info to come soon!) Thank you so much to all of you who have carried on to support me during what has been an extremely testing time. Can’t wait to see you all very soon!

Further from my last update I must now take in to account the governments advice to reframe from close contact. I feel to do anything other than follow this advice would be irresponsible and could put my clients, myself and my family at risk which is something I am not prepared to do, with all of this in mind I have made the decision to stop business until a time that it is safe to return to work. I hope you can all understand how hard this decision has been. I will bounce back!
I would like to take this chance to say a huge thank you to my clients and to just put out there that if at any time through this anyone needs someone to talk to I am always here. These times are going to be hard and very lonely for some I would hate for anyone to feel alone. Take care of yourselves and each other.

I’m absolutely gutted to be writing this but it has come to a point where I need to keep my family safe and healthy so with this in mind I will only be able to offer appointments to my regular clients for the foreseeable future. I will not be taking on any new clients.
Any regular clients that are unwell or who are in or have been in close contact with anyone who is either self isolating due to symptoms or have tested positive for Covid 19 please contact me and either cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I hope you can understand that as a small business this is going to hit hard and will have a serve effect. My thoughts go out to any business or self employed persons that face a very scary future over the coming weeks.
